About the Founder
Founder Shelley Streit has spoken with numerous other women in business over the years that have attended conferences and events who often said that after the event they felt frustrated because they did not get the value that they were looking for. She had a vision to bring together women who were looking to attend a conference where they could completely focus on their business without the distractions of the world around them. The vision included being situated in a place that was majestical enough to inspire them and secluded enough to keep focused. She wanted women to be relaxed in their favorite clothes while participating in sessions delivered by speakers who walk their talk and understand the challenges women in business face. She was driven to attract speakers whose information can facilitate immediate transformation.
